Pennant International Group plc (‘Pennant’), is delighted to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Pennant Training Systems Limited, has recently secured a follow-on order to supply additional Hand Skill Trainers (known as GenSkills) to an existing customer in the Middle East.
The £75,000 training equipment order will support aeronautical engineering practices at additional training sites in the region.
GenSkill is used to augment the training of aircraft ground crew/engineers in the use of hand tool procedures, fastener operation, component recognition, locking devices and maintenance tasks. It also enables the removal and installation of representative military aircraft style components to be carried out within a realistic aircraft environment of confined spaces.
Pennant CEO, Chris Snook, commented “This follow on order for the additional GenSkills enhances Pennant’s profile within the Middle East market and is further evidence of the high regard in which the company’s generic training equipment is held within the aircraft maintenance training sector”.
