Pennant International Group plc, announces that its training systems subsidiary, Pennant Training Systems Ltd, has been awarded a new enabling contract for the provision of e-learning courseware for 3 years with an option to extend for a further 2 years. The Company today announces that it has exchanged contracts for the conditional sale of the Company’s Southampton property.
