Pennant International Group plc is pleased to confirm that, further to its announcement on 21 January 2020, it has now completed the acquisition of the entire issued share capital of Absolute Data Group Pty Ltd (ADG). ADG is an Australian business based in Brisbane which owns the ‘R4i’ suite of technical documentation software.
Commenting on the Acquisition, Pennant CEO Phil Walker said: “I am delighted to confirm the acquisition and welcome Tammy, Michael and the ADG team into the Pennant Group. We look forward to working together to integrate and grow this exciting business.”
