Recently, Pennant colleagues visited one of our South Korean agents, Win Tek, in Seoul, to hold in person training. Their goal was to upskill our regional agents, WinTek, in how to use our software products that make up Auxilium: GenS, Analyzer and R4i.
Jason Redlich and Heath Conroy spent five days carrying out in depth training of the GenS, Analyzer and R4i tools, answering a myriad of questions and passed on information to Win Tek that they can share with their clients about Auxilium and the benefits it brings to any IPS Project.
The Pennant Team arrived at WinTek’s office in the city of Seongnam in Gyeonggi provence and after a quick introduction to the team they went to work. Jason took the authoring team and proceeded to teach CSDB, Writer, Media Gen and Binder publishing, Viewer/Reviewer, IPD Manager and other R4i tools, and S1000D principles, while Heath worked with the IPS team to cover both GenS and Analyzer.
Jason said: “We were treated amazingly well during our visit, with a variety of Korean snacks keeping us going during the long days of training, and we look forward to visiting our agent team next year.”
