POSITIONAL LASER SURVEY DEMONSTRATION

This video shows the outputs obtained by operating our laser and video capture equipment from a locomotive. We capture both positional video and laser point cloud data while running on a scheduled service train. Comprehensive post processing routines are used to create accurate 3D CAD modelling which is used by Network Rail track designers for a variety of re-modelling exercises, supplying vital information for both Route Enhancement and Network Change.
